Directions, Admission
Brownsville option 1: From US 77/83 in Brownsville: Exit onto International Boulevard go East. After 3/4 mile, turn right onto Southmost Road (FM 1419). Continue on Southmost Road (FM 1419) for 6 miles; look for entrance sign on the right.
Brownsville option 2: From US 77/83 and Boca Chica (Hwy 4). Go East on Boca Chica past airport to FM 511. Turn right on FM 511. Follow 511 straight through to the four way stop. Continue straight on FM 3068 to Southmost (FM 1419). Turn right, go half a mile and the entrance is on your left. Brownsville option 3: From US 77/83 and Ruben Torres Blvd (FM 802) . Go East on FM802 past hiway 48 to FM 511. Turn right on FM 511 past Highway 4. Follow 511 straight through to the four way stop. Continue straight on FM 3068 to Southmost (FM 1419). Turn right, go half a mile and the entrance is on your left.
From Harlingen: Take 77/83 South, Exit on FM 511 (Port Brownsville exit). Go east (left) on 511 (about 20 miles) past the Port of Brownsville. Follow 511 straight through to the four way stop. Continue straight on FM 3068 to Southmost (FM 1419). Turn right, go half a mile and the entrance is on your left.
From Padre Island/Port Isabel area: Take Highway 48 toward Brownsville. Exit on FM 511. Go left under the overpass past the Port of Brownsville, past Highway 4. Follow 511 straight through to the four way stop. Continue straight on FM 3068 to Southmost (FM 1419). Turn right, go half a mile and the entrance is on your left.

$10.00 per person via scheduled tour during closed days/seasons
*All monies and donations taken in by the Sabal Palm Sanctuary will be used at the sanctuary.
